The short version
Rooms sell out one tier at a time, not all at once, so a sold-out badge on one room type doesn't mean the whole retreat is closed.
Why a sold-out tag doesn't mean the trip is closed
Each room type has its own limited number of spots. Once a tier fills, it's marked sold out on that retreat's page, but the retreat keeps running, and other room types often stay open. Check "See available rooms" on your retreat page for the current, live picture: https://www.getsaltyretreats.com/retreats.
Trips marked coming soon
A few upcoming retreats show prices and a preview before the full itinerary and booking are live. These show a waitlist button instead of a deposit checkout. Joining the waitlist gets you an email the moment the trip opens for booking.
Waitlists on sold-out retreats
If an entire retreat sells out rather than just one room type, the page moves to its own waitlist. Joining it doesn't hold a spot, but it does mean you're first to hear if a spot opens up, whether that's from added capacity or another guest's change of plans.
We can't confirm availability in chat
Room counts change throughout the day as guests book, so we can't quote exact availability here. The retreat page always shows the live picture, and if you want a second check, message us and we'll look it up for you.
If your first choice sells out
Check back on the page, or message us. Guests occasionally shift plans and a spot can open up. We can't promise a room will reopen, but we're happy to keep an eye out with you.
