The short version
No two retreats run identically, but most days follow the same shape: an optional early session, a main morning workout, breakfast, a midday adventure block, free time, and an evening that's either low-key or a little louder. Nothing on the schedule is mandatory.
Morning
Morning Crew is the optional early session for early risers, usually starting around 6:30 or 7am. The main morning session runs about 7:30 to 8:30am, whether that's a workout or a yoga flow, depending on the day's schedule. Breakfast follows right after, with the group swapping stories about the day ahead.
Midday
Midday is your adventure block: surf, a hike, a local excursion, or a boat day, depending on the retreat. If none of that appeals that day, this is also prime pool-nap or town-wander time.
Afternoon
Afternoons often carry a second session or a workshop, anything from breathwork to a bigger group sweat. Snacks and sunset usually follow, giving the day a natural slowdown before dinner.
Evening
Every evening starts with a group dinner, always shared, always good conversation. After that, the vibe depends on the night. Some evenings are quiet, a chill hang or a themed dinner. Others are hosted cocktail nights with dancing and music. Each retreat runs a couple of livelier nights, with the rest kept relaxed.
The one rule
Everything is optional except fun. Push hard one day and skip a session the next. It's your week, and we handle the planning either way.
