Airport Transfers

Which airport to fly into for each SALTY retreat and how transfers work

The short version

Airport transfers are included on the official arrival and departure days of your retreat, from the airport listed on your retreat page.

What's covered

We pick you up from the listed airport and take you to the retreat, and we take you back to the airport on departure day. Both directions run within the official arrival and departure windows for your trip.

What's not covered

Transfers outside the official arrival and departure days aren't included. If you're adding your own side trips or extra stops, those transfers are on you as well.

Sri Lanka's shuttle rule

Sri Lanka runs three scheduled inbound shuttle times instead of a general arrival window. You need to land in time for one of the three shuttles, so the group arrives together and the trip starts on schedule. If you arrive outside those windows, you'll need to arrange and pay for your own private transfer.

If you're off-window anywhere else

Arriving early or staying late is common and totally fine. We'll recommend safe, reliable local drivers, but transfers outside your retreat's official days are at your own cost.

Smooth planning

Share your flight times with us in advance and we'll confirm you're set for pickup, so "where do I go?" never becomes a real question.
